Diodes and circuitry are additionally protected when LED Lamps are sealed through vibration and sonic welding. A seal that bonds the lens and housing together by joining the two plastics, lamps are impervious to moisture and corrosives, with a seal much better than those created with glues.
Hard-wired design eliminates the need for plug and enhances reliability by eliminating the possibility of lamp-plug failure.
LEDs have no filament, therefore are extremely resistant to shock & vibration.
